Construction of multicourt is possible by two different ways one is conventional PCC work and other one is VDF work
Conventional PCC work is cheaper than VDF work hence in most of the cases we prefer PCC work.
Conventional work Methodology involves
1. Marking of the boundaries for excavation, soaling and PCC work.
2. Excavation of the area at specified level with JCB or Manually
3. Soaling of the area at specified level & compaction
4. Shuttering setting and errection
5. PCC of the area maintaining minimum 150 mm thickness
6. Curing of final surface
M 15 proportion is suitable for multicourt work
M15 concrete ratio:- M stand for mix and numerical figure 15 is compressive strength of concrete is 15N/mm2 for curing time of 28 days and m15 concrete ratio is 1:2:4 in which one part is cement, 2 part is sand and 4 part is aggregate mix with water.

As this is MS fabrication part. Its installation needs to be done precisely.
1. Excavation to be done to form foundation base to the play station unit like See Saw, Sliders, Climbers, Swings etc. Box foundation to be done so that easy installation of vertical post is possible. In case of sliders front portion easily rest on it. Excavation in square shape depends of diameter of vertical post of the play station instruments. 0.45 X 0.45 X 0.45 meter box excavation is sufficient for one post. So according to multiple vertical post multiple box excavation to be done. After that shuttering activity take place. Pouring of concrete to be done with minimum M 10 grate. Proportion for M 10 grade is 1:3:6 where 1 part is Cement,3 part is Sand and 6 part is aggregate by volume. Curing of the portion needs to be done minimum for seven days.
2. After gaining of strength to the concrete foundation. Installation of Instrument on base foundation by Bolting is possible.
Compound wall main purpose to separate two independent plots. For construction of compound wall many alternative options are available but still Brick and block work is preferred as it is much stronger and durable. Some restaurants and Private villa prefer stone work as it is also stronger and gives rich look to the property.
Security is the main concern which is taken into account while designing compound wall. Minimum thickness to be 230mm and Height to be maintained minimum 6 feet to 8 feet.
